The history of Dugar + Schuster goes back to its foundation in 1974, and to this day we are proud to be a 100% owner-managed company. Managing Director Frank Schuster shares this passion for machine tools with his father, company founder Horst Schuster. Together they bring more than four decades of experience in the sale and service of machine tools and have developed into proven experts in this field during this time. We are particularly specialised in machine tools for aluminium wheel machining.

A decisive milestone in our company history was the development of the RDM 4 vertical lathe in 2015. This groundbreaking model has since developed and proven itself to be a permanent fixture at renowned wheel manufacturers both nationally and internationally.

When we considered the integration of Industry 4.0 in 2018, we expanded our range to include fully automated robot cells for rim machining. This enables us to offer state-of-the-art solutions that take into account the requirements of Industry 4.0 while meeting the high demands of our customers.
